Empowered: You're Doing Better Than You Think

Let’s get metaphorical: What if you’re seeing Van Gogh’s Starry Night in black and white? What if you’re listening to Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata with a blender on? What if you’ve mistaken the parking lot tram for the amusement park? What if there’s, so much more? Sometime in the middle of the first century Paul of Tarsus carefully, passionately, powerfully, eloquently, and urgently pens a beautiful and empowering letter to a small band of Jesus followers. It’s as if he can’t get the words out quickly enough; he has something that he desperately wants to tell whoever will listen. He’s scribbling in big bold letters: Your reality is not scarcity. Your pain does not prevail. Your diagnosis is unparalleled, incomprehensible empowerment!!! You’re doing better than you think.
