Hi River Kids!
We've been learning more of what it means to walk in the footsteps of Jesus. How do we become more like Him? When things feel upside-down how do I lean in and find hope from the God who made me?
We have been walking this path of the pandemic for a while and have definitely learned a few things. It is really important to stay close to God on a daily basis—pick up your Bible and read a little, write down a prayer in your journal, listen to your favorite worship music. It is important to find a friend to play with and limit the time spent alone or on our electronic devices. So, fill your heart and time with good things for the Bible says, “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” (Prov. 4: 23) We want good things to overflow to those around us—right?!
The River Church is gathering in-person and we are
excited to see our River Kids and Littles again! If you can’t make it on Sunday, make sure to
watch the recorded service and utilize the kid’s videos and activities that are
linked below. These will go along with
what we are learning at River Kids Church.
